What is Boot Camp?
6 weeks of training your mind and body with aerobic, core and strength training. You will be motivated by DJ Jordan
Do I need to be in good shape? No, many campers looking to get in shape are first timers. We want you to work at your own pace but remember as Personal Trainers we want to motivate and in courage everyone.
What kind of exercises will you be doing in Camp? Everyday is different. One day it may be Core Conditioning and short distance running. Other days you can expect Strength Training, Aerobic, Kick Boxing and much more. It is all about shaking it up and shocking your body.

Water and a towel... in case you break out a sweat.
What kind of results should I expect?
Results vary but with the right eating program and exercise, we see incredible results. Most campers begin to tone and lose weight quickly and the average is a 3 to 8 % loss in body fat.
