- Start the day off with a 20 minute walk.
- By eating breakfast you will jump start your metabolism.
- Eat one small meal every 3 to 4 hours.

- Join a gym and exercise.
- Eat lots of fruits and veggies! Keep a dumbbell by your desk when you get sleepy and pump some iron instead of popping candy into your mouth.
- Read the label! High fructose corn syrup will slow your metabolism so that you cannot process foods fast enough. Those foods often end up turning into BODY FAT.
- Cut the fat! - Avoid fried foods, burgers and other meats such as pork, bacon, ham, salami and sausage. Dairy products should be eatin in low fat versions.
- Get an annual Check-up.
